Chart of the Day: Will Canada Increase its Exports from the West if Hurricanes Hit US Refineries in the Gulf of Mexico?
Summary
Figure (1) above shows the large increase in crude exports from Western Canda after the commissioning of TMX Pipeline expansion. While it shows that exports are still increasing, it also shows that a large portion of the exports go to PADD 5 in the US, mainly California and Washington.
