Summary
Figure (1) above shows EU gas imports by origin in June. For the first time ever, LNG imports exceeded 50% of total gas imports. The right side of the pie chart shows pipeline imports by country of origin. Most pipeline imports came from Norway. Most LNG imports came from the US (Not shown).
